1. Who Can Request Deletion?

Customers, merchants, and partners may request account deletion. Customers may also use in-app deletion where available.

2. What to Include

Include your full name, account email or phone number, account type, and optional reason for deletion.

3. Merchant and Partner Review

Merchant and partner accounts may require review because of subscriptions, invoices, commission records, fraud prevention, or legal obligations.

4. Retention Notice

Some records may be retained where required for accounting, tax, fraud prevention, security, legal claims, or regulatory obligations.

5. Submit Request
